① The “5&2 Foundation website” refers to the online promotional platform operated by the Foundation under the unique domain address www.yellowindow.org, serving as a space to introduce, share, and encourage participation in the Foundation’s mission activities.
② The term “User” refers to any person who accesses the 5&2 Foundation website and receives the Services provided by the website in accordance with these Terms.
③ The term “Member” refers to a person who registers as a member by providing personal information to the 5&2 Foundation website and who may continuously use the Services provided by the website.
A. Sponsoring Member: A supporter of the Foundation.
B. Non-Sponsoring Member: A website member who does not provide sponsorship.
④ Terms not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and customary commercial practices.
① The Foundation shall post these Terms, along with its name, address, representative’s name, business registration number, and contact information on the homepage.
② The Foundation may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws.
③ If amended, the Foundation shall provide notice of the amendment, effective date, and reason for amendment at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
④ Amended Terms shall apply only to Services provided after the effective date.
⑤ Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services and terminate their membership.
⑥ Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and Foundation notices.

A. Sponsorship application services
B. Volunteer information services
C. Foundation news and updates
D. Newsletter services
E. FAQ and Q&A services
F. Sponsor Member Center services
G. Resource archive services
H. Educational and training information services
I. Other services newly introduced or provided through external partnerships
② The Foundation may add to or modify the contents of the Services when necessary.
① The Foundation may temporarily suspend Services due to maintenance, replacement, equipment failure, or communication interruption.
② In such cases, the Foundation shall notify Users pursuant to Article 9.
① A User may apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
② Membership shall be approved unless:
A. The applicant previously lost membership qualification;
B. False, omitted, or incorrect information is submitted;
C. Registration causes significant technical difficulties.
③ Membership becomes effective immediately upon registration.
④ Members shall promptly notify the Foundation of any changes to their registered information.
① Members may receive information regarding Foundation activities.
② Members may participate in Foundation-related activities.
③ Members may make donations through the Services.
④ Members shall notify the Foundation of any changes to their information.
① Members may withdraw from membership at any time, and the Foundation shall process such withdrawal promptly.
② Membership may be restricted or suspended if a Member:
A. Registers false information;
B. Interferes with another person’s use of the website;
C. Violates laws, these Terms, or public order and morals.
③ Repeated violations may result in revocation of membership.
④ The Foundation shall notify the Member before cancellation of membership.
⑤ Termination may be confirmed when login is no longer possible.
⑥ Suspension may be lifted if the cause is resolved.
① When the Foundation provides notice to a Member, it may do so using the email address submitted by the Member.
② For notices applicable to an unspecified number of Members, the Foundation may substitute individual notice by posting the notice on the Foundation’s bulletin board for at least one (1) week.
① Users may apply for sponsorship on the Foundation website using the following procedures:
A. Entering member information such as name, address, and telephone number;
B. Indicating agreement to these Terms;
C. Indicating consent to the Privacy Policy;
D. Indicating agreement to the CMS Terms (for CMS applicants only);
E. Logging in as a Member (ID and password);
F. Selecting the type of sponsorship;
G. Entering detailed sponsorship information;
H. Selecting a payment method.
② If a child under the age of fourteen (14) applies for membership registration, the application shall proceed only after contacting the Foundation.
① A sponsorship application shall be deemed completed unless any of the following applies:
A. False information, omissions, or errors are included in the application;
B. A child under fourteen (14) submits an application without prior consultation with the Foundation;
C. Acceptance of the application causes significant technical difficulties.
② A sponsorship application shall be deemed formed when the Foundation’s confirmation notice reaches the User.
① Sponsorship payments may be made using one of the following methods:
A. Bank account transfer payment
B. CMS payment
① Donations shall be used through the Foundation for the benefit of poor and hungry neighbors in need.
② Details regarding donations may be viewed through the Foundation’s sponsorship page.
① If a User submits a sponsorship application, the Foundation shall provide the User with a confirmation notice acknowledging receipt of the application.
② A Sponsoring Member may request modification or cancellation of a sponsorship application at any time.
③ Upon receiving such a request, the Foundation shall process the request without delay.
① When collecting User information, the Foundation shall collect only the minimum information necessary for sponsorship applications. The following items shall be mandatory:
A. Name
B. National ID Number
C. Address
D. Telephone Number and Mobile Phone Number
E. Desired User ID
F. Password
G. Email Address
② When collecting personally identifiable information, the Foundation shall obtain the User’s consent.
③ Personal information shall not be used for purposes other than those intended or provided to third parties without consent, except in cases permitted by law or as follows:
A. Providing minimum information necessary for mail delivery;
B. Providing anonymized information for statistical or academic research;
C. Using minimum information for affiliated services with partner organizations;
D. Providing minimum information to secure payment processors.
④ Users may request access to and correction of their personal information at any time, and the Foundation shall take appropriate measures without delay.
① The Foundation shall not engage in any act prohibited by applicable laws or contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide continuous and stable Services in accordance with these Terms.
② The Foundation shall maintain a security system to protect Users’ personal information (including credit information) so that Users may safely use internet services.
③ The Foundation shall process opinions or complaints submitted by Members through appropriate procedures. If processing requires a certain period of time, the Foundation shall notify the Member of the reason and expected schedule for processing.
④ The Foundation shall not send commercial advertising emails that Users do not wish to receive. However, the Foundation may send public-interest emails introducing the Foundation’s projects and requesting sponsorship. Such emails shall cease upon request to stop delivery.
⑤ The Foundation shall maintain and manage Service facilities in an operable condition at all times. However, in cases of natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Foundation may temporarily suspend or discontinue the Services.
① Members shall bear responsibility for managing their IDs and passwords.
② Members shall not allow third parties to use their IDs or passwords.
③ If a Member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the Member shall immediately notify the Foundation and follow any instructions provided by the Foundation.
① Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
A. Registering false information when applying or modifying information;
B. Altering information posted by the Foundation;
C. Transmitting or posting information other than information designated by the Foundation (including computer programs);
D. Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of third parties;
E. Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business operations of third parties;
F. Posting or disclosing obscene, violent, or otherwise immoral messages, images, audio recordings, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the website;
G. Engaging in profit-making activities targeting unspecified individuals through use of the Services provided by the Foundation website.
① Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights related to works created by the Foundation shall belong to the Foundation.
② Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes, nor permit third parties to use, any information obtained through use of the Foundation website without prior consent from the Foundation. Violations shall be subject to applicable copyright laws, and the Foundation may seek damages.
③ Copyrights to posts or materials created and posted or registered by Members on the Foundation website shall belong to the respective Members. Members shall bear full responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising from such posts or materials.
① In order to post content on bulletin boards within the Foundation website, Users shall comply with the real-name policy by logging into the website to verify their identity. The Foundation may delete posted content without prior notice if any of the following applies:
A. Use of insulting, defamatory, or vulgar expressions directed toward others;
B. Content remaining posted beyond the posting period designated by the Foundation;
C. Posting obscene materials or links to obscene websites;
D. Posting content that infringes copyrights of others, including those of the Foundation;
E. Posting content that violates public order and morals or applicable laws and regulations;
F. Posting commercial advertisements, content related to financial gain, or related links.
① The Foundation shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by Users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the Foundation shall immediately notify the User of the reason and expected processing schedule.
② If litigation arises from disputes related to use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Foundation’s principal office shall have jurisdiction.
① The Foundation shall not be liable for failure to provide Services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events equivalent thereto.
② The Foundation shall not be liable for disruptions in Service use caused by reasons attributable to Members.
③ The Foundation shall not be liable for issues arising from errors made by Members when entering their information.
④ The Foundation shall not be liable for any failure by Members to obtain expected benefits from the Services or for damages arising from Members’ selection or use of Service materials.
